Holy paladin , i played as holy from Ulduar till now so i think i am doing good

I'm constantly searching about my class .
and ask some friend on the top guild on kazzak
with some help from Noxxic / askmrrobot

Raid Information

We raid on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday 21:00 until 00:00 - are you able to attend all of these raid days? If not, please explain.:

Tell us about your raid experience:
I started raiding from Karazhan in US server in the EU server i started from Ulduar with holy paladin in both us and eu .
i played Mogu'shan Vaults as a normal after we clear it i quite the game
because i study to completed my MBA
i come back again on few week ago to play again

Do you research boss fights in advance - what information sources do you use?:
sometime i watch from Youtube/twitch/fatboss
and i search about the fight to check about everything

To distribute loot we use a loot council. This is based around officers distributing items in a way that will benefit the entire raid team. Do you have any experience with this system?:
Yes i use this system before on Dragon Soul when i am a Guild master

from battle.net forum i am searching for guild,
and i talk with Anngrim

i don't have reasons i just transfer to kazzak in 2/3 week ago ,
my old guild and server in Grim-batol playing with Portuguese sometime i don't understand what they talk about
but we doing a good job from old raids
