i have been a main tank raider and off tank in all raids....i have geared my offspec and am happy to learn the way the guild does the fights as all guilds have different ways of achieving the same result...a dead boss

fury...also raided with this while helping gear other tanks

i watch tankspot videos,mmm chapion,max dps,guildox and i do alot of looking at whats around and how the different setups people use and work out if i think they are right and how it might affect me if i change

Raid Information

We raid on Wednesday, Thursday and Tuesday 21:00 until 00:00 - are you able to attend all of these raid days? If not, please explain.:
yes i am on accasions i may not be able to make a tuesday but we may only be talking 4 tuesdays a year due to working at a football ground

i have killed all bosses and 1 hc of soo

Do you research boss fights in advance - what information sources do you use?:
yes watch lots of videos and read tank tactics from several sources i mean as many as i find hence why i not listed

Yes

To distribute loot we use a loot council. This is based around officers distributing items in a way that will benefit the entire raid team. Do you have any experience with this system?:
yes have been a officer who has used this and many other systems

looked up guild links and guildox

raided in a few guilds but have left mainly due to guilds stop raiding or friends of friends joining and limiting raid time
