Some of you already noticed this being done today, we are simply adding a social rank to give the normal team a rank of their own. This is easier for us to track who we have for this team, as we do for the heroic team and will help with planning for our Mythic team.
Raider -normal team raiders
Veterans -former raiders that still have a spot in our hearts
Member - registered members on guildsite, team reserves
Social - socials, friends/family,(not registered on guildpage)
These ranks may be altered a so do not panic, we are still sorting through everyone.
The normal team has successfully killed 8 bosses which shows us this team has a lot of promise.
We want to give people an incentive to put in the effort required to raid normal and use a separate rank as a way to reward these people. We will also be providing feasts for normal raiders and some guild repairs, as well as helping with enchants when we can.
Tactics and Progress
We will continue to run flex raids on a Monday to iron out tactics until we can switch to raiding normal more often. To help with this people should make an effort to research tactics so we can get more progress done. We have links to all Siege of Orgrimmar Normal tactics in the Tactic Discussion forum.
Recruitment
We are keeping recruitment open for this team at the moment, as we are still getting a lot of interest from people wanting to join this team. This gives people on reserve an opportunity to fill any remaining spots we have (mainly DPS and Healer) before we start bringing in new people.
